August was a very stressful month at my house. Not only did I work a ton of hours, I had a huge work related festival (hence the extra hours). The Bull has also been dealing with some medical issues, which made me worry even more.

You may have noticed that I haven’t posted anything on the blog for the past two weeks. There are several reasons for that, but the short answer is: I got burnt out. Between working 60+ hours a week, frequent trips to the hospital (don’t worry, we’re both ok!), and trying to accomplish all of the goals I set for myself, I simply ran out of steam and retreated from the outside world.
